I was very interested in reading this interview since I plan to ultimately do layout design for a publishing company. The responses were similiar to the interview I conducted, so I am confident that the majority of skills I need to acquire are verbal. I am most excited to see that the majority of the work is collaborative, because I very much enjoy working in a team environment. I had the much the same questions that Kristy had when she read the interview. I too would be curious to find out how many editors actually go into the work of one article or the entire newspaper for that matter. This interview served to be extremely helpful in exposing me to another side of the printing process.
