question about week 3
i see that for our first post this is stated "Individual Post #1 Give an update on your individual project. Explain what you've learned and how you intend to structure your paper. " But i'm wondering aren't we supposed to be done with the paper by that time so how would we create a post on this subject?

Kinsey is correct--this post is about the individual project (project #1). Your post, then, will be about how you're going to cover what you need to talk about--will you start out with your definition and then go into what you learned from the interview, or will you talk about some of your own professional experiences and then address how your coursework has helped (or failed in helping)you learn the skills a professional in your field needs. Does that clear it up?
