Repost: Interview with Retired Teacher by Ashley Mauldin

Great interview. I can see how it is very important for the teacher to keep the communication lines open between the parents. Also the need for the teachers to speak clearly when addressing a students progress. I never really thought about the teachers having to write their lesson plans in a certain format, but I guess that is key to keep everything organized for the one who has to approve everything.
