Repost: Interview with CFO of Bennett Graphics by Kerwin

Great interview. One thing that really caught my attention in this interview was the fact that she is the first and last to read her work. That seems like it would be a lot of pressure and accountability. Also, I thought it was real intersesting how e-mails are becoming more powerful than a personal phone call. It just shows how technology is changing for the better. With a phone call you could never trace back the problem as you could with the "paper trail."
