Collaborative Posting: Stephen DuBose & Elizabeth Werts

Our project will be focusing on a group of senior citizens from the Lower Richland community in South Carolina known as "Prime Timers." Our purpose is simple: we aim to design a website for Prime Timers that will improve communication within their organization. With the addition of a website, Prime Timers will not only be able to communicate more efficiently, but information about the organization will be displayed and updated on a regular basis. Several other services will also be provided such as, a calendar of events, a recap of past trips and meetings, a photo gallery from these trips, and anything else that they request. This website will also serve as an invitation throughout the community to recruit new, younger members. Currently, outside of the monthly meetings, all communication is made by telephone by the president and the call committee. One reason we chose Prime Timers is because we have a direct relationship with some of the affiliates and know we can make a real difference improving this organization. It is our goal to develop this website in its entirety no later than Friday, June 24, 2005.
