My name is Kristine Erwin and I am currently a senior in Graphic Communications at Clemson University. I have previously interviewed with you for an internship. Since you are currently involved in the graphics industry here in Liberty, South Carolina, I would appreciate a chance to get your feedback on my resume. As I am starting to prepare for workplace, I would be grateful for just a few minutes of your time to look at my current resume. Any time and advice you could give me in helping to prepare for after graduation would be great.

Kristine,

Pretty good, but you need to add a few more "niceties" even though you alrealdy have a rapport with this person. Use a greeting (Dear), and then thank him for his previous help before asking for this appointment. (It never hurts to schmooze a bit :-)).
