Response to "Technical writing defined: Kinsey Knight and Bobby Cole"

This definition is very effective, I especially like the way they talk about how a technical communicator has to convey messages in different way to different audiences. This is important because if the message isn't sensitive to the particular group it could be useless. Also mentioning the different ways in which to express the information, such as charts, graphs, etc is a very good point. Many times in engineering there are findings that need to be shown in graphs to be more understandable.
