About revision of Project 1

Hello all,

Things are starting to get back to normal here, so I'm working on your papers. I wanted to let you know what I'm going to do with your first projects--Tech writing in your field.

Since I wasn't able to provide feedback to your first drafts yet, what I'm going to do is give you credit for turning them in, but provide feedback for your second drafts and allow you to revise and turn them in again later this week if you choose. So turn in your revisions today as scheduled, and if you get a grade you're happy with on the draft you turn in today, fine; If you want to revise, that is also fine, and your first grade will be replaced with the grade you earn on the revision. That way, if you didn't end up doing a second draft (because you didn't get my feedback yet) you can still revised based on feedback (with no penalty) or, if you just did an excellent revision on your own, you can now be done. That seems fairest, since I wasn't able to get them back yet. (I'm going to post my reason for that in just a bit, after I work up to looking at the pictures.)
