ENGL 314 ADVISE

I have taken several online classes, but this was the first one that required meetings at a certain time every week. It was a challenge because I often had to work while I was in the class, but I found the virtual classroom meetings very helpful for answering questions.

As others have said, the class is fast-paced...on-line definitely doesn't mean easy! It is extremely easy to fall behind. Check the syllabus for assignments and due dates and keep up with them.

The most challenging project is the collaborative project and it's hard to pick a partner when you don't know any of the people, but it is important to get a partner and come up with a client quickly. The longer it takes to get those two things, the farther behind you'll get!
