The target audience for this website is members of the Lower Richland Community. This website is to attract new members to the Prime Timers organization. The current members are all getting older and many are unable to actively participate in the events. We hope that younger members of the community will see this site and will be interested in joining and playing an important role in the Prime Timers organization. The organization is desperate for this community program that they have loved so much not to end with their generation.
