Feedback Form
To recieve feedback from our client, Hall,Palmer, and Smith Inc. sent a representative, Casey A. Smith Esquire, to ask them the following questions in person (haha):
1. Is the site inviting and user friendly?
Yes! It gives my customers a chance to check out what we’re doing and learn a lot about it. Also, the navigation is extremely simple and I love that we now have a guest book!
2. Are the layout of the pages effective, and does the organization make sense?
Yes! I like that you can go from page to page but always have a link to back to the home page if you like.
3. How do you feel about our color and font choices?
The coffee cup background is precious and not overwhelming, which is nice. Also, I’m very happy with the font sizing on the menus.
4. Is the included information helpful in learning about the establishment and it's purpose?
The history page gives a detailed description of how we came about and what our atmosphere is like.
5. If you lived in the area surrounding Greer, would this site peak your interest to visit the establishment?
Sure! I would want to know what kinds of desserts were being served each day! Also, coffee is my favorite so I would be excited about the new location to chill out at.
6. If you already knew about the shop, would you use this website to find updated information about the menu and events?
Yes, because it will be a way to know what the specials are rather than just the menus.
7. Overall, is the site effective and captivating?
Yes! It effectively accomplishes all that I asked you to do and has totally captivated me :) !
8. Any additional information that could better our site for the public would be appreciated!
I have no more suggestions. We have been in contact enough already! I am very please with the work your group has done and the amount of apparent effort that you girls have put into the creation of this site!
