Dear Mrs. Mullinax,

I am interested in attending the College of Nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina. My name is Melissa Palmer and I am currently a senior, majoring in Microbiology at Clemson. In March, I expressed my interest in the College of Nursing and received an informaiton packet. I attended the College of Nursing Open House on Thursday, March 24, 2005. At the Open House, I gained very valuable information; however, as the Nursing Outreach Coordinator, I would like to meet with you and ask your expert advice. After graduation from Clemson University in May 2006, I hope to enter the Accelerated BSN/MSN Program at the College of Nursing. To ensure my acceptance, I would like to show you my resume and ask advice about the required essay. Most importantly I need your guidence to ensure that I am headed into the right nursing program. I believe that your advice will improve my chances of obtaining an acceptance to the College of Nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina.
